The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Trainer–Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to build skills in training facilitation, research, and consulting. You will work alongside experienced trainers and consultants, gaining hands-on exposure to real projects while contributing to meaningful capacity development across Laos.
Requirements
- In depth knowledge in Business, Economics, Education, Social Development, Environment or related field.
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Lao and English languages.
- Organized, adaptable, willing to travel to provinces when needed.
- Enthusiastic learner with a can-do attitude and ability to work in a team.
